📄️ 启用自定义词典
添加到自定义词典的单词，在用户拼写错误时将会被忽略，系统不会提示QA错误信息。项目管理者可创建自定义词典，并在项目中设置是否启用对应语种的词典、是否允许译员在编辑器中对词条进行增加、修改、删除。

在创建项目时，您可以按需选择系统默认工作流，或您的自定义工作流。
📄️ 自动译后编辑
译后编辑（Post-editing）指的是“通过少量的人工修改以对机器生成的翻译进行完善”的过程。而自动译后编辑（Automatic Post-editing）是指由机器自动完成轻度译后编辑（Light Post-editing）的过程。机器将自动修改机翻译文中的术语、语法、标点等常见错误，从而帮助译者减轻人工译后编辑工作量，助力译者全力应对编辑工作重难点。
📄️ 字数计价设置
企业版用户可对字数计价规则进行设置，您可根据原文与记忆库句段的匹配度不同的内容、内部重复、跨文件重复和机器翻译内，设置字数计算比例。
📄️ 自定义断句规则
在YiCAT企业版中，除了使用默认的断句规则外，您还可以自定义断句规则。
📄️ 权限设置
您可以在新建项目时或项目创建之后修改项目权限，设置TM/TB结果详情、TM/TB搜索权限、文件导出权限。
📄️ 更新原文
项目进行中，原文有持续更新的内容，项目经理希望能够直接上传更新后的文件，并将已有译文的内容保留，只留出更新的部分分配给译员翻译。
📄️ 导出工作流文件
YiCAT中，项目经理、管理员和超级管理员可导出工作流文件。项目包含多个流程时，您可在项目详情页一次性导出多个流程、多种类型的文件。
📄️ 字数统计
字数统计功能，可自动计算项目文件与记忆库句段的匹配情况、句段重复情况，并生成统计报告，协助项目管理人员快速估算工作量。
📄️ 单语术语提取
在YiCAT企业版中，您可在自己管理的项目中选择文件进行单语术语提取。自动提取完成后，您可通过词频、词长对术语进行筛选，还可以使用机器译文填充或手动输入术语译文。在筛选、编辑完成后，您可勾选术语导出为Excel格式的文件，进一步完成人工编辑或审核。确认过后的术语文件，您可自行导入至术语库，应用到项目中。
📄️ 合并打开
若一个项目中的多个文件需要合并打开查看或编辑，则可勾选需打开的文件，进行合并打开。
📄️ 任务修改和删除
任务分配完成后，您仍可以在任务分配界面修改或删除已分配任务。

YiCAT编辑器现已支持调用搭载GPT语言模型的AI助手，输入提问指令后，即可与GPT对话互动。同时，您可一键获得GPT润色后的译文，并直接应用至译文句段。还可使用内置的进阶译文润色指令及同义词查询指令，根据特定文本需求进行译文润色、同义词查询。

You can top up your account balance on the Balance page to unlock more paid functions (such as MT). You can view all transactions on the Transactions page.
📄️ Advanced Settings
Except project name, deadline, source language, target language and translation workflow, some advanced settings are available when creating a translation project.

Enterprise users can click the Dashboard in the left navigation bar for overviews of the projects, languages and teams of the enterprise.

Team Version users can set Word, Excel and PPT documents. Besides the documents above, Enterprise users can also set documents in Idml format and CAD files.
📄️ File Settings
You can set imported files in Word, PowerPoint (PPT) and Excel format when creating a new project. The File Settings is only available while creating projects, and it can't be changed after that.

Style Guide is the reference file of the project, which is used to maintain the unity of word style, term and format of the whole project when there are multiple translators and editors involved.
📄️ Lock repetitions
During or after the project is created, you can lock repetitions or 100% TM matches to improve efficiency.

LQA is to evaluate translation quality through clarifying errors and setting penalty rules based on criteria set for different text styles and customer needs.

YiCAT has many MT engines. You can enable one MT engine when creating a project or after creating a project.
📄️ Pre-translation
Pre-translation refers to the automatic translation of the source file. When Pre-translation is enabled, the system will automatically apply TMs and MT engines to the project and fill the results into the target column. Pre-translation can be enabled in both Settings and the Editor. You can enable Pre-translation either in Translation mode in the Editor or during the creation of a new project.

📄️ Quality Assurance
The Quality Assurance Checker is installed in YiCAT. You can enable rules of spelling, uppercase and lower case, punctuation, terms, format and inconsistency while or after creating new projects, and set severities: Note, Warning and Error for each rule to minimize small errors in translation and editing. The first 5 rules are checked by default, but the creator can also cancel these rules.

In addition to assigning tasks separately, the project manager of Enterprise Edition can also quickly bulk assign tasks in the project.
